Everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. On the day of delivery, Mark James was patient and understanding (with us having two young kids in tow). Everything I needed was thoroughly explained by Mark.

The service area is extremely clean and highlights the care that is taken with your vehicle. My only suggestion would be to have the opportunity to meet the mechanic that actually serviced your vehicle so that you can ask any questions directly.

Car in for recall , all sorted in 3 and a half hrs as I needed car . Gave me £100 credit for inconvenience which covered new wiper blades and a first aid kit . Staff were great in reception area . Ryan was great and progress report on app was good

Staff were curteous and helpful - collection was a highlight for me as there was no small talk so I was able to get on the road with little delay. Being on the service plan no doubt helped here.

Always top service at BMW cardiff. Kept up to date throughout, when there was a recall on the SOS button, you thought of everything to minimise the inconvenience. Even though I did not need or take a hire car or taxi home it's good to see it offered

Couldn't have my windscreen wipers replaced, not the first time it happens, part not in stock. Hard to understand how a big car manufacture such as BMW doesn't have much in stock. If not for that would have been a 5.

i was asked if i wanted the car valeted inside and out which i said yes. when car was picked up outside was good. inside wasn't done in the back seats door wells and the boot. it was only done where i could see

Issue with brakes raised on online check in not looked at. Software update issue not resolved. Told it could be by technician but it would be chargeable. Considering I paid £739 for this service I would have thought it could be offered for free.

Car recieved into workshop immediately on my arrival. Excellent waiting facilities. Very satisfied with the time that it took to do the work. The cost was provided before the service was booked. Video of work done provided by email after the service.

It took 4 weeks to carry out works that didn't resolve the issues. Told works were completed only to find my vehicle was in worse condition that when taken. No interest from BMW Uk in the root cause that was first raised until original warranty.

On the day my car was brought in I was told it would be ready by 1:30pm. I didn't get the car back until 5pm. The lack of communication was poor. I went to town as I was told 3 hours and then to find out it would be end of the day was unacceptable.

I experienced a problem with auto hold not working and had to use the foot pedal instead. This issue self corrected when I reached home, turned the engine off manually and restarted. This has happened before.
