Was as expected. I asked for my wipers to be replaced and they did not as they said that the lease company said they were less than 12 months old. Age is irrelevant, it should be mileage and they should have supported me. I now have poor wipers.

Camera on the offside showed a fault but despite being only just out of warranty I paid £150 for diagnostic check resulting in need for software update - cost £180. You agreed to do for nothing but didn't my refund my £150. No goodwill on £100k car!
