On this occasion I needed a replacement tyre because of a puncture that was not repairable. Sytner sourced the item and booked me in to have it fitted. The job was done very promptly and included a clean and valet. I was very happy with the outcome.

Booked the car in for 9am with a £4.86 discount on my MOT via the call centre person who contacted me. The reminder text said 8am, and had I not mentioned, I was going to be charged the full price. So a clear lack of very simple communication.

I've lost trust and confidence in the branch for the above reasons and now also the brand as the gearbox and rear diff failed at 100,000 miles despite having a full service history. This breakdown led to me missing my friend's funeral and stranded.
