We had work done on our car to fix an oil leak and when we picked up our car from BMW Cardiff, the car violently shakes when we turn the engine off and now the dashboard shows that the drivetrain needs to be checked. Right after I picked up the car.

Did a software update for a mechanical metal noise. Not sure why? Do wonder if they just simply didn't want to strip the engine down to investigate it further. It's clearly something more sinister.

I had to take a day off at work to respect the appointment with BMW to replace the front breaks as the dashboard shows me the service to be done asap plus a recall for the steering wheel. The job I did ask to do isn't been done and sent me back home.

It was tricky to get seen initially (albeit an unusual visit) but one of the master technicians came out and had a brief listen to the engine to see if it was worth booking it in for a diagnostic (we did).

Great service. Love the drive through system. Although only in for an airbag recall, some defects were found on the car. No pressure to have the work carried out and car was washed and vacced ready for me to pick up.

As above, there was no indication that the work would take that long. If a garage provides an MOT while you wait service, and the tyres etc. are in stock, it shouldn't take that long. Clearly if things weren't in stock I would have made other arrange

I got exactly what I wanted. Prompt health check, so all issues identified before the MOT. Clean Pass. Brakes fitted. iDrive updated. All paperwork provided. All the while I had a loan car. Joe demonstrated excellent organisational skills.
